This concert opens with WVSU student poets Angelica Willis and Jonathan Hewitt, WVSU grad Tuesday Taylor, and voice in the community, Jamela North Starr Brown. (M)iyamoto is Black Enough is an exciting and energetic experiment with music and message. The group consitst of voice, steelpans, cello, and drums.
The program runs approximately 90 minutes. A reception with the artists will follow the show. Artist books and CD's will be on sale. Food and beverages will be provided. This event is free. All are invited.
