West Virginia State University to Host FAFSA Workshop for Current Students March 21

West Virginia State University (WVSU) will host a free workshop on Thursday, March 21, for current WVSU students and families on filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
 
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Drain-Jordan Library. 
 
Any student wanting to receive federal, state and institutional financial aid towards their degree should plan to attend this workshop. All students need to come with their FSA ID. 
 
Dependent students will need the following information:
Parents’ names
Parents’ email addresses
Parents’ Social Security numbers
Parents’ birth dates
 
Students and parents can learn more about financial aid by visiting the state’s free college and career-planning website at www.cfwv.com.
