Bob Wilson Jersey Retirement

On Saturday February 9, during the pregame ceremony of the Men's basketball game. West Virginia State University will recognize the 60th anniversary for the undefeated 1947-48 Yellow Jacket team. That team went on to win the National CIAA Championship. Also during that ceremony, we will retire the jersey of Hall of Famer Bob Wilson. Bob Wilson played on the undefeated team and has since been inducted into the CIAA Hall of Fame,the West Virginia State University Sports Hall of Fame, and the West Virginia Sports Writers Hall of Fame.
