The following policies have been approved and constitute the current West Virginia State University Board of Governors (BOG) policies and procedures. All approved BOG policies and related guidelines which might be generated are maintained here on this web site and are also made available at the West Virginia State University Drain-Jordan Library at no cost.

The majority of these BOG policies apply to all the constituents of West Virginia State. Some, however, apply specifically to West Virginia State Community and Technical College (WVSCTC), and as such their titles are prefaced by WVSCTC . The titles of those few policies which pertain only to West Virginia State University (WVSU) begin with WVSU .
