Department of Physical Facilties - Administration - West Virginia State University

 

 

 

The Department of Physical Facilities, housed within the area of Administrative Services, is responsible for maintaining and improving our
95 acres at the Institute main campus of West Virginia State University (WVSU) and the West Virginia State Community & Technical College (WVSCTC) which is administratively linked to WVSU.  In addition, the University's Research and Development Corporation and the University Foundation have facilities on the main campus. 

 

Off-campus sites are located at the Capitol Center in downtown Charleston, the Booker T. Washington Insititute in Malden, and a variety of other locations within the service region which are utilized for the purposes of Land-Grant sponsored activities.

 

The Physical Facilities Department maintaines a 24-hour Work Control Center which is a major hub for work activities and evergency communications.  The telephone number for the Work Control Center, 304-766-3181, also serves as the main number for Physical Facilities and is answered 24-hours a day.
