It is the policy of West Virginia State University that:

  • Anyone considering applying for any type of grant complete an Intent to Submit Form as soon as possible.
  • The complete, ready-to-submit grant package, along with a completed and signed Internal Approval Form, be forwarded to the Grants and Contracts Office one week (seven calendar days) before the grant due date. In certain circumstances an earlier deadline may be specified.
