West Virginia State University’s (WVSU) College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics will hold its 23rd annual Research Symposium Friday, April 27, to share information and celebrate the scientific research being conducted by its students. The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Hamblin Hall on campus.

WVSU Honored with $20,000 Gift from Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., honored WVSU with a $20,000 gift to support the University's campaign to erect a statue and establish an endowed scholarship for WVSU alumna and NASA mathematician Katherine Johnson.

West Virginia State University Football Program to Host Benefit Concert April 28

West Virginia State University will host a gospel concert to benefit the University’s football program Saturday, April 28, at 6 p.m. at the Milton Performing Arts Center. Dove award-winning musicians Adam Crabb and the Bowling Family will perform.
