Special Notes
Graphic design services are available only to administrative offices, academic colleges/departments and athletics within West Virginia State University and Gus R. Douglas Land-Grant Institute.

Design and print productions require reasonable turnaround time. Small projects may be completed within a week, and larger projects may take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks depending on our workload. Please note that your requested delivery date is not a guaranteed delivery date. The project manager is the person who is responsible for submitting all documents, proofreading and approval. The design team only communicates with the project manager to avoid confusion or miscommunication. 

In order for your request to be accepted, you must submit text for the requested publication/project. Incomplete submissions and/or inaccurate information will delay the design to print production time and often results in avoidable cost. The text should be in a Microsoft Word document and considered the final copy. Your document may be edited. You may also submit photos to be used, make sure your images are high-resolution (240 dpi minimum) and good quality.
