The WVSU’s FYYAC Faculty provide academic advisement services to all CTC Transfer Students who are in the “Straight to State” program (all students that have earned 0-60 credit hours).

The WVSU’s FYYAC advisors provide academic advisement support services to all Online Program students who are needing various assistance in class registration.

WVSU Faculty provide academic advisement to students in their specific major areas (all students that have earned 30 or more credit hours). The academic advisement process involves the development of relationship between student and their assigned advisor.
